Payment Methods
Paypal - Prefered method of payment as it is quickest and easiest
Credit or Debit Card - by calling the shop on 01903 573700
Personal Cheques - Made payable to Quest Adventure Bike Shop and sent to 5 Ardsheal Road, Broadwater, Worthing, West Sussex, BN14 7RN. Note that Personal cheques will need to clear before dispatch.
Postage
P&P costs for destinations are included in our listings. Items within the Uk are posted Royal Mail First Class. These are usually dispatched within one working day of receipt of payment.
Larger items, such as bikes, are sent through Parcelforce in which case there is a three to four day handling time involved with the courier service collection.
We also offer an optional postage insurance at extra cost, included in the listing for higher value or more delicate items.
Returns
Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt, so long as the item is not used and in new condition with packaging.
If the item is faulty we will cover the cost of return.
However If the item is not faulty the cost of return must be covered by the buyer. This applies also to sized items returned due to been the wrong size where the buyer will have to cover the cost of returning the item to us.
Refund or exchange is made on receipt of the returned item.
