Delivery Details

Postage and packing is free (UK Buyers Only).

Delivery is via Royal Mail 1st Class post.

Overseas buyers purchases will be sent via Airmail Small Packet.

We aim to dispatch all products ordered before 2pm the same day (Monday to Friday). All other times will be dispatched next day except weekends when items will be dispatched on the following Monday morning.

All our items are dispatched in jiffy bags for the cd/dvds protection.

Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us and we will send you a returns address to return your purchase. As soon as the item is received back we will issue an immediate refund* of the full price you paid.

If you have any queries about your order please contact us via Ebay messages and we will get back to you asap. All emails are usually answered within 24 hours except at weekends.

*Return postage is not refunded unless wrong item sent.

Digital Downloads

Ebay no longer allows Digital Downloads. If you are looking for ebooks and software that can be downloaded instantly to your computer then you can buy from my online website instead which is located here:

I would still recommend buying my Ebay items as you will receive them on a fully interactive cd-rom. The cd will load automatically when inserted into your computers cd/dvd drive. There will also be bonuses and freebies located on the cd too.
