 | A: Of course, the auction runs for 7 to 10 days so there is plety of time. Book your flights and email us or call if you're already in Bulgaria. We operate 24/7 so can arrange viewings on short notice. After the auction ends viewing is only for the paying winning bidder in accoradance with auction terms. |
 | Q: How soon do I have to come to Bulgaria after the end of auction? |

 | A: You have up to 11 months or more after the end auction date if you contact us to arrange first. Payment is still required within 7 days of auction in any case. |

 | A: The Bulgarian currency is the Leva which is tied to the Euro as part of the Euro introduction process. Our auctions on UK Ebay are in pounds. |

 | A: We will keep users updated via our Ebay auctions, currently we are unable to vend property to buyers without setting up a Bulgarian company, hopefully the Bulgarian administration systems will be put into place to enable purchase of property with land without forming a Bulgarian company. Company formation in the meantime is seamless. |

 | A: This is a once only process, you may then buy & sell as many properties as you wish. You can own whole villages if you like, an island or even an entire mountain! |

 | A: There's no lengthy terms with Bulgariadirect. Company formation requires you present for one working day. You can fly in and out on the same day if you are pressed for time. We allow winning bidders 11 months to complete after end of auction, so we are ready whenever is good for you. You do not need to visit each time you buy property thereafter. |

 | A: Bulgaria has 5 international airports. Sofia, Gorna (Near Veliko Turnovo), Bourgas, Varna and Plovdiv. Sofia is the busiest airpot and currently has the highest availability. You can also fly into Bucharest's two airports, Craiova in Romania or Kavala in Greece. Just choose the best fare to an airport close to where your property is. |

 | A: Unless you are a Bulgarian citizen then yes you do. The only exception is if you purchase an apartment or commercial premises which come with no land.  | A: Everything in Bulgaria is still very cheap for now, although after EU accession (and for a couple of years before) property prices have risen steadily.  | A: You can pay by direct International Bank transfer for the property. It is held for you for eleven months automatically, longer by prior arrangement. Once received you can arrange your flights whenever is convenient for you. we'll pick you up at the airport, we'll arrange your hotel for you, we'll take you to the notary to complete the formalities. |

 | A: You may come and view at any time and we will be happy to arrange a viewing trip for you. If you bid on an auction you are commiting to the terms in the auction and agreeing to go ahead with the property auction you have won. There is no need to win an auction just to come and view! |
