| | Worldwide and European parcels are sent via Royal mail Standard Airmail. This service has size and weight limitations. The maximum weight per parcel is 2kg. If your orders combined weight is more than this we will send it as more than one parcel. Standard Airmail doesn't carry a tracking number. If you wish to pay for the international signed for service this costs a further £4.99 GBP per parcel. Please inform us about this at the time of ordering.
Some European countries (excludes Russian Federation) benefit from having courier services available at a more beneficial rate for multiple items. Please contact us for details of this.
We can not accept lost parcel claims for non signed for services.
