RETURNS DETAILS
First thing is to contact us if you are not happy with your item. then..
If you decide that your item/s are unsuitable, we are happy to offer a refund on unused items returned within 7 days of receipt that the Item/s are in their original condition & packaging.
Note: You are responsible for the cost of returning the unwanted items.
We will also refund items that are faulty or incorrectly dispatched/described, together with your postage costs. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund delivery charges or postage costs for items that are simply unsuitable or don’t fit. All refunds will be processed as soon as your goods are returned to us.
Some Product will be excluded from our 7day returns process due to the nature of the product for example Underwere, Earings etc. This will be clearly marked in the Item description. |
