Returns
Resolution Centre we the seller offer a return policy
and use the return process of eBay. This process is only available for items
paid with PayPal.
Request a
return in our Resolutions Centre
To start a
return, open a return case in our Resolution Centre. This will automatically
send out an email to us the seller to inform us that your case will be tracked.
To request a return:
1.
Go to My eBay. You may be asked to sign in.
2.
Click Won.
3.
Next to your listing, select return this item from the pull-down
menu.
4.
Select "I want to return an item" and click Continue.
5.
The "Return an item" form appears.
6.
Review the next page and click Request return.
7.
Then you have to wait for us to accept your return request.
8.
After we have accepted your request, you can prepare postage right away
and click Continue.
9.
Post the item to us.
You can view our responses, the current status and the next steps at any time
in the
Resolution Centre.
Just log in and click on your case.

Post the item
To post the item back to us, you can prepare postage
and print a return slip directly in the returns flow. We recommend choosing a
postal service with tracking to avoid problems.

Return postage & packaging charges
We require you the buyer to pay for return postage & packaging charges. The
exception to this is if you are returning the item due to damage, or if free returns displayed on the listing
Packaging tips
We recommend you use the original packaging of the item to send the item back
to us. If that’s not an option, you should choose a box which is slightly larger
than the item so you can cushion the item.
Properly label the package and include a return address. If you are re-using
a box, cover any previous labels or cross out any previous address information
with a heavy black marker.
Receiving the refund
You will be notified via email as soon as we indicate
that we will initiate the refund. Usually we will send the refund within a
couple of days, and at the latest 30 days, after you’ve started the return.
After we have sent the refund to your PayPal account, the case will close
automatically. You can transfer the money from your PayPal to your bank account
or use the PayPal balance for other purchases on eBay.
Timeframes: We are a business seller and are legally obliged to issue
the refund within 30 days after we accepted your return or the cancellation of
your contract with us. Even if we issue the refund immediately, it may take
several days before the money is transferred to your account.
