Waited 5 weeks for my urn to be bespoke made, the figurine didn’t look anything like my dog, waited weeks and weeks to then not get it as I’ve been given excuses yet the seller is still advertising on instagram that they can do more orders before Christmas. Overall terrible experience at such a sad time, was hoping to have my baby in her final resting place within the 2 weeks like I was told but 5 weeks on and I’m no further ahead.
