Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt of goods
Step 1 - You MUST inform us by email to say you wish to return goods. Email to jessbrown2008@hotmail.com or go through e-bay
Step 2 - Package up the item securely (unused and in original packaging) with a note stating your Ebay ID and a brief reason for return
Step 3 - The item MUST be returned by RECORDED Delivery. You the customer are responsible for this cost and it is non refundable.
Step 4 - We will issue a full refund to your PayPal account once the item has been received in a perfect and unused/unopened resellable condition.
