Payment Methods
Personal Cheque, Visa/MasterCard, Paypal.
We accept Visa and Mastercard direct payments. Please call 0114 275 0333 (Mon-Thurs 9am till 4pm, excluding public holidays).
Personal Cheques and Bankers Drafts in GBP sterling only.
Item(s) will be dispatched when cheque payment has cleared.
Shipping & Handling
Payment and shipment terms may vary on individual items.
Where we charge shipping we do combine postage & pass on the savings to you, if you buy more than one item, please wait for us to send you a combined invoice before checking out.
All Shipping is carried out by Royal Mail & proof of posting is obtained for every package.
Cancellation and Returns Policy
1.1 If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email to reception@thesinclairbuilding.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 1.2 below.
1.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
1.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange or credit as required.
1.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 1.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
in the event that the product has been used and/or it is not returned in its original undamaged packaging
for health, hygiene and safety reasons any personal grooming products, cosmetics and pierced earrings
The provisions of this clause 1.4 do not affect your statutory rights.
