Policy For Wooden Toys, Wooden Arts and Crafts.
We guarantee
our products to be free of defects for 14 days.
If you receive a defective product from us, please send an email
to returns@smart-toys.net and we will arrange for a replacment or
full refund.
You have the
right to cancel your order within 7 days of it being placed or seven
days after receipt of the goods. If you do cancel your order with
us then you will have your payment returned promptly.
Warranty

All our battery
operated ride on series and radio controlled toys come with a 14-days
limited return to base warranty from the date on which the item
is delivered, unless otherwise stated. Missing parts, incorrect
item, faulty or damage item must be reported within 7 days. within
7 working days after we receive the returned item/part, we will
try to repair it or if we can not repair it, replace it with a new
one. Refund is only available when we can not repair the item and
can not supply a replacement. All items must be returned in their
original packaging. We reserve the right NOT to accept the returned
item if it is unreasonably used or in an unacceptable condition.
