These are my shop Terms & Conditons and Policies, PLEASE READ THEM BEFORE BUYING:
COMBINING ORDERS:
I will combine post on multiple orders but you need to either request an invoice for multiple items or simply wait for me to send you an invoice BEFORE paying as reductions in post cannot be applied after payment.
SHIPPING:
Shipping price covers post (metre stamp & ink), packaging, invoice, labels, ink and cost of getting items to Post Office. If you do not see your country listed please contact me for a shipping price before bidding. PLEASE NOTE:
I ONLY SHIP TO ITALY VIA REGISTERED POST. PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR A PRICE BEFORE BIDDING and I do NOT post to PO BOX numbers you will be asked for an alternative postal addres.
PAYMENT:
Payment must be received within 3 days, an 'unpaid item case' will be opened against you automatically after 4 days. ONLY SERIOUS BIDDERS PLEASE, NON-PAYERS WILL RECEIVE AN 'UNPAID ITEM STRIKE' AND WILL BE BANNED FROM MY SHOP - this is to eliminate time wasters. Please do not ask me to cancel your bid as refusal often offends. All bids are a binding contract.
IRISH AND EUROPEAN BUYERS - PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED:
Paypal is prefered as it is the quickest and easiest method.
BANK TRANSFER is now available, for details please contact me. Please note that this method has no fee for EURO transfers and takes 3-4 days to clear unless you are in the same bank as me it clears straight away.
Bank Draft, Money/Postal Order, Personal Cheque - NB: for orders over €20 we must wait until payment clears before items can be dispatched.
UK & NON EUROPEAN BUYERS - PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED:
Paypal is the only method accepted.
DISPATCH:
All orders paid for before 11am will be posted that day (Monday-Friday). Orders paid after that time will be posted the next working day. Please allow yourself adequate time as post from Ireland to the UK can take 5-7 working days and to Europe can take longer. If you are in a hurry or want to guarantee items for a specific date you may need registered post, please contact me for a price.
RETURNS:
I have a 14 day returns policy and unless items are faulty, refunds will be less shipping, paypal and ebay fees. Please let me know if you intend to return items before you send them back.
FEEDBACK:
If you are happy with your purchase and our service please don't forget to leave feedback, that way I know you've received your items safely, and I will leave feedback for you. Please also leave 4 or 5 stars as this will enable me to continue offering a top class service. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me before leaving negative feedback or less than 3 stars and I will resolve any problems.
