RETURNS POLICY
The buyer has 14 DAYS from postage date to return an item . We accept returns & issue refunds under certain conditions: 1. If item is sold with tags, item has to be returned with all tags intact. 2. Item is returned in the same condition as it was sent. 3. No refund will be issued if item is retuned NOT in the same condition as it was sent as all ie show signs of wear, tags removed if item had tags, sign of washing, all items are checked before dispatched. 4. If item is returned for wrong size, buyer changed mind or buyer doesnt like the item returned postage will not be issued. 5. If item is not like description or item is damaged in any way (not damaged in post) returned postage costs along with refund will be issued once item has been returned, received & checked. Buyer will be notified by email once returned item is received.

PAYMENT: Payment in the UK is by Paypal, Uncrossed Postal Order or Personal Cheque. If paying by personal cheque please allow 7 days for clearance of cheque, item will be posted the day after payment clears).Please make cheque payable to MRS S J POTTS. We sell worldwide & if buying from outside the UK payment is by Paypal Only. POSTAGE/SHIPPING: In the UK all our items are posted Royal Mail First Class unless stated on the item . All stationery is posted Royal Mail First Class unless buyer requires different postage. If item is very heavy the delivery will be by Courier to keep the price down . When shipping worldwide the postage will be AIRMAIL SMALL PACKAGES, unless buyer requires different shipping From Monday to Friday if item is paid by 8.30am the item will be posted the same morning , Saturday, if item is paid before 8.00am the item will be posted the same morning.

ONCE YOU HAVE DECIDED ON A DESIGN FOR YOUR BUSINESS CARD & TELL US TO PRINT. THEN AND ONLY THEN WILL WE ASK FOR PAYMENT. ONCE PAYMENT IS MADE IT WILL TAKE UP TO 2-7 DAYS FOR YOU TO RECEIVE YOUR ITEM DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF YOUR ORDER
