Definitions
In this contract
"we", "us", "our"
"company" and "seller" means Solent
Cables Limited
"you", "your" and "buyer" means any person
with whom we contract under this contract
"initial purchase date" means the date on
which goods were purchased
"goods" means
any items that by virtue of this contract we
will supply to you, including licenses to
exercise intellectual property rights and
licenses to use software; but does not mean
any service we supply to you and does
not mean any facility for delivery of items
to you or the insurance of such delivery.
Disclaimer
We accept no liability for
any failure of the goods to comply with any
such criteria, whether attributable to the
Company's negligence or otherwise. The
responsibility for ensuring that goods are
sufficient and suitable for a particular purpose
is the buyers, unless specifically stated in
writing by a director of the Company. Any advice
or recommendation given by an employee of the
Company which is not confirmed in writing by a
director of the Company is acted on entirely at
the buyers risk and the Company shall not be
liable for any such advice or recommendation
which is not so confirmed. Should any statement,
advice or recommendation prove to be incorrect,
inaccurate or misleading, liability will be
limited to the refund of the purchase price paid
for the goods or, at the Company’s option,
the supply of replacement goods which are
sufficient and suitable.
We try to ensure that
the details, pricing and stated availability of
all items are always correct. Images are

Products supplied may vary and is dependent
on current stocks. Colours or shades of may differ from those shown.
Auction Description
By bidding on this item you
are entering in to a legally binding contract
between you, the buyer and the seller. All bids
are final
when clicking on the "Buy It Now" button.
Pricing
The "Buy It Now" price
is clearly advertised within each listing. If you are not happy with the
advertised price, please do NOT bid. The total purchase price = (item price + postage).
Postage and Packing Charges
Postage and packing charges are clearly shown within each
auction listing. If you bid, you are deemed
to have accepted those charges. Free P+P
applies to Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard
domestic postage option to UK destinations
only.
In respect of
listings with multiple items for sale, the "Each Additional Item"
price detailed within the Postage & Packing section, refers to the same item purchased from the
same listing. This postage rate does
NOT apply
to items purchased from other listings.
We reserve the
right to dispatch orders via our nominated
couriers for heavy or bulky items at no
additional cost.

not responsible for delivery times. Any delivery times
offered should be considered an estimate only
and are calculated from the shipping
date and excludes weekends and public/bank
holidays. Delivery times may vary,
particularly during peak periods.
Any delivery charges
quoted are for UK Mainland only. Delivery
charges may
vary for deliveries to Northern and Southern
Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and other remote
island locations. Please contact us for details
of pricing before bidding.
International
shipments may be subject to local import duties
and taxes. These charges may be levied once
goods have reached your country. Any charges for
duty or other taxes are your responsibility.
Please keep this in mind when completing your
overseas order.
Alternative Delivery Addresses
If paying by PayPal, we regret we can NOT
accept instructions to deliver to an
alternative delivery address. Where an
alternative delivery address is required,
please contact us for available options.
Unpaid Item (UPI) Procedure
A payment reminder will be sent on the
2nd
day after the initial purchase date. If
payment has not been received by the 4th
day after the initial purchase date, an Unpaid Item Dispute (UPI) will be
opened with eBay.
If payment has still not been received
by the 8th after the initial purchase date, the
buyer may receive an Unpaid Item Strike
from eBay which may result in your eBay
account being limited or suspended.
14 Day Returns Policy
Any item purchased from Solent
Cables may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be
returned unopened, in their original, as received condition. The
buyer is responsible for return postage costs. We
will not accept any liability for items lost or damaged during
return transit. We regret postage costs cannot be refunded.
Faulty Items
In the unlikely event
that you receive a faulty product, simply
contact us with details of the original
transaction and nature of the fault. We will
issue an RMA number which MUST accompany the
return of the item. We operate on a
return-to-base policy, where you are
required to return items.
Faulty items will be replaced with the same
product if available. Should a replacement not be
available, a refund will be offered.
We will not accept any liability for items
lost or damaged during return transit. We
regret postage costs cannot be refunded.
Feedback Policy
Like most eBay businesses with a large
volume of sales, we make use of a variety of
features offered by eBay to its business
sellers. One of these features is that eBay
will automatically return positive feedback
for our customers when positive feedback has been
received.
If you for any reason feel you have
not had a positive transaction please contact us
before leaving feedback as we are always happy
to resolve any problems.
