Welcome to Soundgas. From humble beginnings in Tony's Mum's shed to where we are now employing 10 people, we've been dealing in (mostly) vintage gear for over 10 years with 100% positive feedback on ebay (well over 1300 transactions now!). There's usually 50 or so pieces of studio gear and instruments for sale in our store ranging from rare rack units and analogue synths to pedals and valve amps. Our business is built on a simple commitment to good, old-fashioned customer service, and selling the best gear, professionally serviced and sold by people who use and understand it. We're passionate about music and gear - if you have any questions at all please get in touch.

Ordered 15th, did not deliver, opened a case to cancel, only then did they dispatch, received on the 24th with parts missing, it was dirty, strings were rusty, trem is pitted, more damage than advertised, only saving grace was it sounds good and quite rare, no communications until I advised parts missing, then they sent a silver trem arm? and a poor quality bag although it was supposed to be a case, very poor

Hi Tony here. I am very disappointed to read your feedback. I've been trading on ebay for nearly 20 years and until recently had never received bad feedback. Our company has grown and recently some of those involved seem to have taken a less than scrupulous approach to our ebay account for which I apologise unreservedly. I'd like to know exactly what I can do to make this right and hopefully turn a negative experience into positive. You should've received exactly what was advertised
