Q: How much is the postage charge?
A: Our postage charges for the UK are £0.90 for your First item and then £0.45 per additional item (when ordering together).
Any orders outside the UK there is a charge of £1.50 PER item
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 14 day returns policy on FAULTY ITEMS ONLY! Once a faulty item is received you must report the fault to us within 14 Days. All Faulty items will be replaced if Possible. If not we will refund you. We do not refund items that are not Faulty.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes we do. Once you have finished ordering your items. If you request you total on your payment screen. We will then send you an invoice ASAP.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: We post 99.9% of our orders with-in 36 hours. We use Royal Mail for all of our parcels. Every week day (Monday to Friday) we have a postal collection. All UK items are posted 1st Class (1 to 3 days delivery) and Europe and the rest of the world is posted by Airmail (3 to 7 days delivery).
Please note, if your order is taken the day before or the day of a UK National Bank Holiday, your item(s) will be dispatched on the next following working week Day.

A: Yes, we post worldwide. But all of our DVDs are UK / Europe encoded. Please be sure your DVD player is a Multi Region reader before ordering if you are outside Europe.
