 | Q: What about customs and import charges |
 | A: International buyers – please note:
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or P&P charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility
- Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying |
 | Q: Do You Do A Combined Postage |
 | A: Yes. If you buy two or more we will always combine postage for you. If you buy three or more CD's we will give you a free sweet surprise. |
 | Q: What is your return policy? |
 | A: Goods must be returned within 14 days of sale. I will not refund until goods have been returned to me. All faulty items will be tested when returned and a replacement sent out wherever possible. If I do not have a replacement then I will refund wherever possible. The buyer in accordance with eBay and PayPal's rules must pay for return postage. |
 | Q: Do you combine shipping? |
 | A: Yes I will combine shipping wherever possible to facilitate the best shipping price possible. |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |
 | A: I post on a Tuesday and Thursday. So within the UK you should receive your goods pretty quick. In the EU I use either Royal Mail or DHL whichever is the quickest and cheapest for all concerned. Rest of World is Royal Mail mail only and can take up to 3 weeks from date of posting. |
 | Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |
 | A: I try to keep our postage and packing charges to a minimum. All my postage is done through PayPal Postage. This means that I have a computer generated reference number that I can use as proof that your goods have been sent. |
 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |
 | A: Yes I will post worldwide. I would prefer that all postage outside the UK is done by recorded delivery, this is for your own personal peace of mind. Any return postage is to be covered by the buyer.
This does not affect your statutory rights. |
 | Q: Where do your DVD's come from? |
 | A: Most of my Anime and Manga DVD and VCD movies and series are imported from suppliers Japan and the Far East and are region free. Other movies and series are from all over the world. Some imported anime come as VCD as to facilitate world wide viewing. |
 | Q: What is Region Free or VCD? |
 | A: A lot of distributors of DVD's have now realised it is more cost effective to make 1 set of DVD's that can be watched world wide, hence region free or 0 and VCD. Before Blue Ray we have 6 zones for DVD's Blue Ray only has 3. So to combat this you will find more and more DVD's for sale now as region free. It all makes sense. |
 | Q: Will Region Free and VCD Play on my DVD player. |
 | A: Region free should play on about 90% of the DVD players world wide and VCD on every DVD player. Please check that your equipment can play these before buying. A quick rule of thumb is that if your DVD player is over 4 years old it may not play region free DVD's or VCD's. If your player is multi region you have nothing to worry about. |
 | Q: ARE YOU DVDS COVERED BY YOUR RETURNS POLICY? |
 | A: Yes everything we sell is covered by my 14 day return policy. I will test every return to validate your problem, if no problem is found I will return the DVD to you, as I am not a rental company. |
 | Q: WHAT IS AN AUDIO BOOK AND WHY ARE YOUR AUDIO BOOKS SO CHEAP? |
 | A: Simple answer to that really. Audio books are verbal information read out to you, hand whilst in the car or sat at home relaxing. My discs are in MP3 format and must initially be listened to on a computer as they are zipped to save space. Once unzipped you can put them onto a disc and listen to them anywhere. |
 | Q: WHY ARE YOUR CDBOOKS® SO CHEAP? |
 | A: I am probably the only person in the UK who has paid for the rights to reproduce and sell certain Audio Books and CDbooks®. This gives me the right to sell them at what ever I want. I wish to give you the customer the best service and not rip you off like other people selling imaginary CDbooks®. |
 | Q: WHY IS THE COVER DIFFERENT FROM THE ADVERTISED ONE? |
 | A: In some cases you may find that the cover of a is different from the one advertised. The reason for this is that when I place my order I make the advert from what information my supplier has. Sometimes he sources from a different country that has a different cover to the one he originally advertised. The DVD is the same only the sleeve is different |
 | Q: WHAT ABOUT EXTRAS ON THE DVD? |
 | A: I only go off what is written on the back of the cover. As I have not watched the majority of the DVD's I sell, this therefor is the only information I have about the DVD. I cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of extras and or any subtitles as this is down to the manufacturer and what they add or do not. |
 | Q: WHAT ARE MY RIGHTS WITH YOU? |
 | A: I am not a company!! I do this to make extra money for the household account and guides. Please read eBay's and PayPal's rules as I have. I agree to them 100% and sell according to those rules and regulations. You as a customer should also agree to them by buying any item on eBay. Buy buying any item you agree to all terms and conditions set out. |
 | Q: WHAT IS A CDBOOK®? |
 | A: A CDBook® is simply a book that has been put onto CD. CDbooks® are an alternative version of the original book which is usually out of print, hard to get hold of or created by the owner to save on costs. They are not audio books and do not contain any verbal information. All that you require to do is insert the CD in your computer and of you go. |
