| A:Commit to buy an item, when given the options 'Pay now' or 'Visit sellers shop' click 'Visit sellers shop' & repeat with all the items you would like to buy.
When you have finshed select 'pay now' & your items will be grouped together in one invoice with the discount included.

| Q:My parcel has not arrived, what do I do? |

| A:All parcels are posted within 1-2 days of us receiving payment. You will have been sent an email (to the address linked to your Ebay account) when your parcel was dispatched.
Please wait at least 14 days from making payment, to allow for postal delays though we are always happy to help with any concerns you may have before or after 14 days. |
| Q:Do you offer postage discounts on multiple purchases? |

| A:Yes we do. We charge postage for the item with the highest postage cost, all additional items purchased will have FREE postage.
This discount will automatically come off so long as you pay for all items in one transaction. |
