Q: What is your return policy?
A: Items may returned within 7 days of purchase. Items must be in original packaging and unopened. If original tags or labels have been removed you are no longer eligable for returning the item.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Shipping cost can be combined if the buyer is buying more than one item. Follow instructions on the auction and at checkout for combination costs.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: All items will be sent out within the next working day monday to friday. For items when payments recieved on a saturday or sunday, the item will not be sent until the next monday at the latest. Allow 1-3 days for delivery unless stated otherwise in advert.
Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A: Shipping and Handling charges will differ depending on individual items and destinations.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we will ship all items internationally unless stated other wise, however the buyer must get in contact before hand to confirm this.
