Payment

Payments must be made within seven days of the auction ending. Anyone buying outside of the UK must pay via PayPal or postal order. However, if this is a problem get in contact to see if we can arrange an alternative. If a payment is not received a file for non payment will be put in order.

Dispatch

Items will be sent as soon as payments have cleared. All items are dispatched within 48 hours, 24 hours in most cases, Monday to Friday. In the case of purchasing a bike, dispatch dates will be arranged between the buyer and ourselves. Please allow at least 48 hours for all items should they be collected from any of our stores, as we must check your item is in stock in the store of your choice. If you would like to request a different postal option, you can do so at the checkout, or simply email us your requests. There may be an additional charge. Postage applies to UK mainland, should you require postage abroad or to a non-UK mainland address (ie Northern Ireleand, scotland etc) you must get in touch before hand.

Refunds

If you are unhappy with your item you must return the item within 7 days of purchase. If your item is not in stock we will contact the buyer immediately confirming a later delivery date, or if this is not satisfactory we will give a full refund. All items must be returned exactly how they were received in all original packaging.We do not refund the amount of postage it costs us to send the item to you if you are returning an item, unless it was damaged or not as listed.
