Payment
All payments must be in British Pounds unless otherwise agreed before any purchase. We accept Pay Pal, Cheque, Postal Orders and BACS payments. In respect of BACS payments please contact us for account details after you have committed to buy.
If you live outside the UK and don’t have a Pay Pal Account please contact us for other payment options before purchasing
Postage & Packing
We are always very happy to discount postage on combined orders as best we can. We have accounts with Parcelforce and UPS and for the majority of UK Post Codes can send large multi items consignments up to 25kg surprisingly cheaply. Please enquire in the first instance and we will be delighted to provide a competitive shipping quote.
We aim to post all items within 24 Hours however this is not always possible. On the rare occasion that the dispatch of an item is delay we will make contact and advise you of the situation.
All items are extremely well packed using appropriate packing materials and proof of posting is always obtained.
Returns Policy

We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality in products and service, therefore, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please do return the item within 14 days, in the same condition as it was upon dispatch and we will be delighted, upon receipt to provide you with a full refund, without quibble. We are not able to accept returns outside of the 14 day time limit.
If you do wish to return an item please do ensure that all items are adequately packed and protected to prevent damage in transit. We cannot accept liability for packages damaged or lost during transit. It is the customer's responsibility to adequately pack and protect the goods and to ensure that the parcel is sufficiently insured.
