Q: Is this a brand new phone?
A: All the phones we sell are brand new, boxed and guaranteed with a Customer Care team to help in the event of a problem; unless it is stated in our listings that it is Used.
Q: What's included in the box?
A: Every phone comes with battery and UK mains charger or adaptor also for european or USA customers the appropriate plug will be sent - the manufacturers change the extra contents frequently.
Q: I ordered a Used phone, what guarantees do I have?
A: All Used phones are entitled to a 7-day money back guarantee. Please get in contact with us through eBay, so we can help you quickly and resolve any issues. Almost all used phones have been very very lightly used approx 1-3 days and are as new
Q: Will you accept any offers or exchange for my old phone?
A: No, we set the prices as low as possible, and we don't do exchanges.
Q: When can I expect delivery of my item?
A: All items are normally dispatched within 24 hours of your payment clearing. ( exc. Weekends & Bank Holidays ).
For high value items such as mobile phones, iPods & game consoles we sometimes impose 5-7 days clearing period for payment verification ( exc. Weekends & Bank Holidays ). Due to a large number of fraudulent transactions (third party hacks into eBay & PayPal accounts) received by our company in the past we implemented this policy as a safety net to catch any such fraudulent transactions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you but safety and security is our first priority.
Please check the listings for specifics. We dispatch by Royal Mail First Class or 2nd Class Service; UK customers in most instances can expect delivery in 1 to 2 working days, but Royal Mail does not guarantee this. Non UK customers can expect delivery in 2 to 10 working days, but again not guaranteed.
Q: I received faulty or wrong item, what shall I do?
A: We apologise in advance if this happens. Prior to any return please get in contact with us through eBay, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to deal with all messages on a 24-hour turnaround Monday to Friday. Please note that the buyer pays the cost of return postage in any instance, and you are responsible for ensuring we receive the item back prior to a refund or exchange.
Q: I would like a refund, how do I go about this?
A: A full refund on the purchase price of the item will be provided if the item is returned within 7 working days of receipt, and in its original condition. Prior to any return please get in contact with us through eBay, and we will provide you with the information you require to return the item. All returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt.
Q: Why is the cost of P&P more than the cost of a stamp?
A: Our costs include delivery charges, packaging, and handling charges. To avoid any disappointment please do not bid on our items if you feel at all unhappy about the cost of P&P. Winning an item constitutes your acceptance of the above.
Q: The Recorded Delivery & International Signed for Tracking Numbers are not working?
A: Items that are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail International Signed For service are only traceable upon delivery. Upon issuing of a Tracking number to you; your item is in the hands of the postal service. These are the terms and conditions of these services. Tigercell have no control over this. Please allow 18 days prior to making any contact with us regarding non-receipt. Note – Please also check the postal address you supplied on the PayPal transaction receipt. |
