Q. How long do i have to take advantage of your special postage offer ?
A. In order to take advantage of our £10.95 special postage offer, all items must be purchased and paid for within 7 days of each other. Otherwise the ebay system will not allow us to combine postage and postage will have to be paid for more than once.
Q. How long to i have to pay for any items that i purchase from your ebay store ?
A. Payment is expected within 7 days from item end, in line with Ebay's payment policies, as stated on the item listing page. All payments not received within 7 days will not be eligible for our £10.95 special postage offer.
Q. Can i return my item if i am unhappy with it ?
A. Yes ofcourse you can, we have a full "no fuss, no questions asked" 7 day return policy (although please note postage is only refunded if the item is faulty)
Q. Do you combine postage on items won on auction ?
A. No, we do not combine postage on items won on auction. We only combine postage on items purchased on buy-it-now. |
