How do you Return Goods To Us?
If in the unlikely event that you are disappointed with your purchase, no matter what the reason may be, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order so that we can give you instruction on how to get it back to us. Please provide us with, your full name and address, your order number or invoice number for the purchase.
Are there any Conditions to The Guarantee?
As you would expect, there have to be a couple of conditions, which we're sure you will agree are fair and quite normal:
* Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when we sent it to you
* You must contact us within 30 Days of receiving your order (60 at Christmas)
* Your item must be packed in all the original packaging materials with instructions, manuals etc.
We may be online but we are staffed by real people and because your satisfaction is of upmost importance to us, if you have a problem, by all means pick up the phone, we are here to help if we can.
Please note: The cost of returning the goods to us will be deducted from the refund amount. Many of our items are Heavy, although we deduct this at true cost, it will often cost more than the original delivery fee if the item or items weigh over 20kg. We will gladly calculate the cost on request.
