 | Q: What happens if goods were undelivered? |
 | A: Any orders returned to me by the Royal Mail due to 'unknown address', 'unknown addressee' and 'not collected' will be subject to a 10% restocking fee plus postage and packaging costs already spent on sending the goods. |
 | Q: What is your returns policy? |
 | A: I will accept a return within 7 working days after the date of delivery. You will get a refund on the original item LESS postage costs(UK)/charges(Overseas), already spent on posting. You must pay for the cost of returning the item. If you wish to return your item, please e-mail me first. Goods must be returned in their original unused condition. |
 | Q: What if you make a mistake with my order? |
 | A: I will refund you in full including the original postage and packaging charges, and return postage. |
 | Q: Do I combine shipping? |
 | A: Yes, I do. The rule of thumb is that you take the highest postage charge and add the second additional postage charge and so on.
For example,
Item A postage £3.00, additional item £1.75.
Item B postage £2.50, additional item £1.50.
The combined postage will be £3.00 (from Item A) plus £1.50 (additional postage from Item B) = £4.50. |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |
 | A: My aim is to post your item within two working days. If there is going to be a long delay, you will be informed. Please bear in mind that once your item is posted, the delivery time will be determined by the efficiency of the Royal Mail. |
 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |
 | A: Yes I do. Please use a drop down menu to check postage charges. |
 | Q: Can I pay in other currency other than the Pound Sterling? |
 | A: No, sorry. |
 | Q: How do I choose the colours? |
 | A: You can either list them out using Paypal message box or e-mail me directly. |
 | Q: What if you run out of stock? |
 | A: You will be offered a full refund or you may opt for a recommended alternative. |
 | Q: What do Perle thread sizes mean? |
 | A: If you are looking at the embroidery threads, these are Perle threads and they use different numbers, for example, the thickness for Perle #8 is similar to crochet thread #20, Perle #12 to crochet thread #40 and Perle #5 to crochet thread #5. |
 | Q: What do crochet thread sizes mean? |
 | A: Please remember, the higher the number, the thinner the thread. (The lower the number, the thicker the thread). |
 | Q: What does NE 8/2 mean? |
 | A: The number 8 indicates the size of the thread, the number 2 is the number of ply (thread) used in the twist. |
 | Q: Which one is the thickest thread, NE 4/2, NE 8/2 or NE 5/2? |
 | A: NE 4/2 (the lower the number, the thicker the thread). |
 | Q: How do I know which size crochet hook I will need for any particular size thread? |
 | A: I set out the recommended crochet hook and knitting needle sizes within each listing. However, you need not conform to it. |
 | Q: What if colour(s) I received is different from the picture? |
 | A: It is very highly unlikely that the colour you receive will be different from what your ordered. Nevertheless, you must allow the fact that slight colour variation maybe caused by your monitor settings and your perceptions.
The colour names given for each code were assigned by me. They should only be used to aid your selection and nothing else. |
 | Q: How safe are your yarns? |
 | A: Both Circulo and Venus products meet the ISO 9002 Standard. They are safe for making infant's and children's products. They are FREE from the use of lead, flalats, sulphur and Azo on the dyeing process. |
