Peace of Mind Returns Process - Simple and Straightforward Just
let us know within 7 days. We operate a very straight forward and simple returns
policy because we know how tricky internet shopping can be so this is our

- If your item is faulty then please advise us within 7 days of receipt of your
goods and we will send you a new item and cover the cost of returning the faulty
item.
- If your item is not as described in the listing or is simply the wrong item,
then please advise us within 7 days of receipt of your goods and we will either
send you the correct item or provide you with a full refund and cover the cost
of the return postage of the incorrect item.
- If you no longer want the item or you have changed your mind then please
advise us within 7 days of receipt of your goods, and then you can send the item
back for a full refund. In this instance the buyer will cover the cost of the
return postage.
