Payment and Delivery

UK Delivery

All deliveries to UK addresses are **FREE**

Most items are shipped within 48 hours of payment. Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery in the UK (some items take longer, see below). Deliveries to some remote places may take longer. Unfortunately we do not offer an express shipping option.

  • Orders under 2kg are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class.
  • All orders over 2kg are delivered by courier.

Our courier does not provide specific day delivery or weekend delivery. If available your tracking number will be indicated in your confirmation email. If you are not in when an item is delivered the courier/postman should leave a note for you to rearrange delivery.

Unfortunately we are unable to delivery rooms sets to Northern Ireland and UK off mainland (Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Irelands)

Please be aware that deliveries of Tutti Bambini rooms sets and Izziwotnot furniture take up to 4-6 weeks. Delivery of Little Tikes products takes 10-14 working days.

International Delivery

Please see item listing for delivery rates. Item under 2kg are shipped worldwide. Items over 2kg can be shipped to the EU mainland, Norway and Switerland only (excludes Malta and Cyprus) .

  • Orders under 2kg are sent by Royal Mail Airmail
  • Orders over 2kg are sent via courier

Please allow 5-10 days for international deliveries. Deliveries to remote locations may take longer. We do not provide specific day deliveries.

Delayed Deliveries

Unfortunately, from time to time items can be delayed in the post. We will not give refunds or send replacements until 15 working days for UK deliveries or 25 working days for international deliveries. These are the timescales after which the Royal Mail considers an item to be lost. See more information about lost UK mail and lost international mail .

Delivering to BFPO addresses

BFPO addresses must be entered in a specific format, as shown below, ensuring that the BFPO number is entered into the postcode field:

  • Full name: Service Number, Rank, Name
  • Address line 1: Company
  • Address line 2: leave field blank
  • Town/City: Regiment
  • County: leave field blank
  • Postcode: BFPO ### (eg: BFPO 123)
  • Country: United Kingdom
