Due to Chinese New Year Spring Festival holiday, the post office is closed from Jan 21th to Jan 27th. so there is huge parcel need them to handle. Please give us time to ship your items out. If you have not received your items, please kindly wait a while, I am thinking you will get your item soon.
1. Shipping time:
We usually ship your order out within 1-2 business days when your payment is cleared by HK flat Airmail, which takes about 14-25 working days(exclude bank holiday)for the delivery, Please arrange a reasonable time for your order. And contact us before payment sent if you need an Express delivery.
2. Pandora beads to European beads & Shamballa to Disco ball
Please note all my shop European beads are not brand beads, but is compatible with Pandora charms beads, which needs big hole. And we have changed the Shamballa Jewellery to Disco ball jewellery, please seach like: disco ball bracelet,disco ball necklace, disco ball earring ect.
