If you need an approximate conversion into your own currency, you can do this at http://xe.com. The exchange rate varies from day-to-day and therefore I cannot guarantee the accuracy of any conversion.
Postage (UK only):
- I will only charge you a fair amount for postage. Unfortunately since Royal Mail have increased their prices my costs have increased significantly and therefore I have had to increase some of the postage costs for items.
- Royal Mail prices are now 66p for small letters, 90p for large letters and packets now have a standard cost of £2.70
- I then add on the approximate cost of the packaging materials
- PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR COMBINED POSTAGE FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS TO KEEP YOUR COSTS DOWN!

Shipping (International):
All items are sent Royal Mail Airmail.
- Europe - approximately 3 working days
- Worldwide - approximately 5 working days
Customs forms will not be marked 'gift' so please don't ask! |
ITEMS WILL BE DISPATCHED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE BUT PLEASE BEAR IN MIND THAT I DISPATCH A MINIMUM OF TWICE PER WEEK SO SOMETIMES IT CAN TAKE 3-4 DAYS TO DISPATCH YOUR ITEMS. IF THIS IS NOT SUITABLE FOR YOU PLEASE CONTACT ME TO CHECK WHEN I AM NEXT DISPATCHING TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT.
Please note: The price you pay for postage includes all packing materials. Occasionally I use recycled packaging.
Combined Postage:
I aim to give you the best deal I possibly can when it comes to postage and packing. I will always combine postage. You can either combine the items yourself during checkout or leave your order unpaid and I will combine them for you.
On all other purchases I will calculate the lowest possible price I can based on the size and weight of your total package.
I am happy to post items abroad. I suggest that you contact me first to check the costs of this before committing to a purchase. I will always do my best to keep the costs as low as possible for you.
I monitor postage charges carefully to maintain the best possible deal for you.
Damaged and Lost Items:
Occasionally, items do get lost or damaged in transit.
Lost Items:
Please notify me as soon as possible if you suspect your item is lost -
bearing in mind that Royal Mail will not accept an item as lost for 15 days.
If possible, I will send a duplicate item.
If this is not possible, you will receive a full refund. |
Damaged Items:
Please retain all packaging and contact me as soon as possible.
I may ask you to return the item and packaging. (at my expense)
You will then receive a replacement item or a refund. |
Returns:
I offer a 'no quibble' returns policy. This means you can return any item, for any reason.
Please ensure it is unused and in acceptable condition.
- Cancellation of order/request for refund must be received within 14 days of item delivery.
- Please then return the item within 10 days of the cancellation/refund request.
If this does not happen, you will become liable for the costs of me collecting the item.
- You are responsible for postage costs to return the unwanted item.
- Cost refunded will be original sale price minus original postage costs.
Special Offers:
If you have a special offer code please send me a message before you pay for your items. I will then send you an amended invoice reflecting your discount.
