Return of non-faulty items will be subject to a re-stocking charge of 10% as per Ebay Seller Policy. Returning goods is the responsibility of the buyer; Dennis Winter Ltd cannot refund/exchange an item until it has been returned to us. In the event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item return P&P will be covered.

We do our very best to bring you great deals at fantastic prices. We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible but on the odd occasion delays can occur. Should a problem with stock arise you will be contacted the same day and offered an alternative or advised of the re-stock delay.
