| Returns Policy:
If any goods received by you are in a faulty or damaged condition, and this is reported within 72hrs of delivery if we are unable to rectify the problem your refund will include outward and return postage and packaging costs.
The Direct Selling Regulations (DSR) 2000 cover purchases made where there is no direct contact between vendor and consumer. It does not apply to items bought for business, fairs, exhibitions or showroom use.
Under these regulations you can cancel your order from the moment your order is received until seven working days after the goods are received. You do not need to give a reason for cancellation or return - just e-mail quoting your order number and your wish to cancel/return in accordance with the DSR 2000. There is no charge for this provided your order has not been despatched.
Once the goods have been sent you will need to arrange and pay for the return delivery. We suggest insuring the goods against loss or damage. The goods must be un-used and be received in a re-saleable condition including all accessories, packaging etc.
A refund of all monies excluding the initial postage and packing charges will be made upon receipt of the returned goods and within 30 days of cancellation. However, if the goods are not returned at your cost, we will arrange for a courier to collect them. The cost of this collection will be deducted from your refund.

I live locally, can I collect?
Goods can be collected from our warehouse in Marple, Stockport, SK6 (Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays), all collections are free, we do not accept cash on collection, all items must be paid for in full before a collection note is issued.

We use a reputable carrier who will ship to Home addresses and will get your items there in one piece, they will attempt two deliveries to your home address and then will leave a card for you to contact the local depot to arrange a convenient delivery or collection. It is important that you supply us with a telephone number so that if there are any problems we can contact you to rearrange delivery. If an item is returned to us you may be required to pay a second delivery charge. Tracking your Goods
If you supply a Mobile number our carrier will text you to confirm your delivery date, alternatively when your goods are in the shipping system you can request an E-mail with the consignment URL when you click on it, you will be able to see exactly where your goods are in transit or indeed if they have been collected from us. Your goods will be shipped via carrier and currently we ship from our warehouse in Stockport, Manchester. All deliveries are on a next day 24 hr service. Your winning E-mail will inform you of the most likely shipment day.
