Q How do I pay for my items

A You can pay for all items by going to won items in my ebay , discount and combined shipping will activate when going through the checkout.

	Q:What is your return policy?
	A:We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of you receiving the item, the item must be unused and in the condition you received it. Please see our returns page in our ebay shop for address and instructions on how to do this.
	Q:Do you combine shipping?
	A:Yes we do combine shipping.
	Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
	A:UK delivery is 3 - 6 working days from payment (not including weekends and public holidays), international delivery is 7-14 working days from cleared payment. In most cases the items do arrive sooner than the times mentioned but we like to cover for any unexpected delays. (we do not offer any faster delivery times)
	Q:Do you ship internationally?
	A:Yes all countries accept Nigeria

	A:Please allow up to 7 working days for UK delivery and 14 working days for international delivery before contacting us regarding items not arrived, after this time please contact us and we will investigate this for you.
	Q:Why have you not replied to my e-mail?
	A:We reply to e-mails within 24-48 hours (except weekends/holidays)If you have not received a reply there may be a problem receiving emails. First please check both eBay and your main e-mail account such as your hotmail, Yahoo or other e-mail client as it is likely you have received it there, also check your spam/bulk folder in your e-mail account.
