EXCHANGE AND REFUND INSTRUCTIONS

Please read below accurately to make returns easy

Important : All returns must be sent back in unused condition within 30 days from purchase.

Instructions for refunds only

Please send back the item/s with a cover note explaining that you would like a refund, including your user ID (this is important)  send back to the following address : UNIT 1, Tungsten Building, George Street, Portslade, BN41 1PH, United Kingdom. Please allow upto 10 days from when you send back the item for the refund to be made, there is no need to contact us unless you have not been refunded within 10 days. Please check our ebay shop to see if there in an alternative item before sending back for a refund 

Instructions for exchanges (please read in full)

The best way to exchange is simply make a new order and then send the unwanted item/s back for a full refund, See above (Instructions for refunds only ) Doing it this way really speeds up the process and you won’t have to wait upto 10 days for the exchange.  Please note : If your item is faulty or for any other reason please use the traditional exchange instructions below

Please send back the item/s with a cover note explaining that you would like to exchange, including your full name and address and the item number/s you want to exchange for , then send to this address :  UNIT 1, Tungsten Building, George Street, Portslade, BN41 1PH, United Kingdom.

You will need to include a £2.50 repostage fee in coins (wrapped up well) when exchanging your item + any extra money for a more expensive item (note : you will not need to include the repostage fee if the exchange is NOT your fault. If the item you are exchanging for is less we will refund the difference automatically by paypal. Please allow upto 10 days to get your exchange back from when you posted it.
