We would respectfully ask that you don't give us low rated Postage and Packaging charge feedback if you have ordered from multiple listings without asking us for combined postage, as this is beyond our control.
Also please note that, although we do send our orders to you via First Class post in the UK, and Royal Mail Air Mail for deliveries outside of the UK and most UK customers do receive their orders within a day or two of posting, there are sometimes delays in delivery, especially where Royal Mail domestic and international Air Mail followed by your countries own postal service are all involved. Again, we would ask that you please refrain from giving us poor feedback for delivery time (especially overseas deliveries where postal services often take two weeks or more to deliver and this is totally beyond our control).... if you do need urgent delivery this can be arranged via fast courier for an added charge, contact us for details before paying for your order.
