We have four stores in the north of England and also sell our items online. We have many years experience selling home wares both in store and online. The prices and products of items in store and online may not be the same.

We have new products arriving all year round at great prices

ONLINE PURCHASES -

All the items we have available are listed with the quantity’s available showing, postage prices are also shown.

If you would like to purchase one or more of our items, please bid on it, buy it now or add it to your basket, please proceed to checkout and pay for your item straight away.

If you buy more than one item, and require an invoice sent with a combined postage charge please send us a quick message or request a payment total from seller ( in your view order details)

PLEASE PAY FOR YOUR ORDER STRAIGHT AWAY, IF YOU DONT PAY AFTER 5 DAYS AND AFTER NUEMOROURS INVOICES SENT WE WILL HAVE NO OPTION BUT TO INFORM EBAY OF A NON PAYER AND TAKE STEPS TO CANCEL THE TRANSACTION

PAYMENT-

To be made by PayPal, we can also accept payments over the phone, cheques and postal orders

DELIVERY -

We usually dispatch an order 1 - 2 working days after payment is received (may be slightly longer during busy periods) you will receive an email when your order has left us

We use Royal mail and FedEx for our deliveries.  You will see which service your item is to be sent by when you check out.

Royal mail for small - medium items, these are standard services and are not tracked, if you require a tracked service please contact us and we will arrange this for a small extra fee

FedEx for our larger items, these items are tracked and have a tracking number issued

Delivery times after we mark your item is dispatched are

Royal mail items take between 1 - 5 working days after dispatch

FedEx deliveries are usually 1 - 2 working days after dispatch

SOMETIMES FOR REASONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL YOUR ITEM WHEN IN THE POST MAY TAKE LONGER TO ARRIVE, IF THIS IS THE CASE YOU CAN CHASE THE WAREABOUTS OF YOUR ITEM BY CONTACTING EITHER FEDEX OR ROYAL MAIL DIRECTLY

Please also note, p&p is postage and packing, the postage charge  has a little extra ( if any) to cover the paking charge too this includes, packing material etc

We are available for contact on weekdays only, ( 9am – 5pm)   there may be a slight delay in answering messages that are received on a evening and a weekend please bear this in mind when trying to contact us

The best way to contact us is via the message system on eBay, we advise this method for all contact,

 You can also phone or email, but we do not advise this for urgent queries, as the phone is not always manned, and emails are not part of our day to day contact` methods

Please read the description carefully of the item you are buying, including the size and colour etc, also read these terms and all available information on delivery.

We receive hundreds of questions each week, most of the hundreds of messages we receive can be narrowed down if the customer takes time to read all the relevant information already available. Answering messages sometimes takes many hours each day and these hours answering questions takes away from the amount of time we have to pack and dispatch orders

We hope you enjoy your product and that you receive it in good time, all items are thourghly checked before dispatch, and packed to the best of our ability; we do not sell damaged items, and would not dispatch a damaged item

In the unlikely event you have a problem with your order, or something happens which is beyond our control, please kindly send us a message informing us of the problem and we will kindly reply with a solution, 

We have set rules, policies and solutions, and expect these to be followed the same by each customer

Please do not demand money back, partial refunds, or threaten us, as these requests will not be answered

Items must be returned for a refund, please do not demand you keep an item and also receive a full refund, we are a professional company and would not even consider that

We assure you that if you have a problem, we will quickly reply with a solution as per our policy and our delivery company’s policy, and we will then help get the problem sorted for you
