returns policy!
365 Day Return policy? Are you sure?
Yes of course, we just want to offer you
the best possible service that we can. Most of us have brought
something on line and been bound to the usual 14 or 30 day return
policy. Some websites offer a mean 7 day policy and unbelievably some
are even breaking the law by offering no return policy at all! We also appreciate that you may want to purchase ahead of the birth of a baby or as a gift.
For Non-Faulty items
- In the unlikely event
you are not entirely happy with the goods that you ordered, we will
issue a refund or exchange on items that are returned to us within
365 days, providing that the goods are:

in their
original packaging
-
in perfect
condition
-
returned at the
customer's expense

and provided
that you have received a RMA (Return Merhandise Authorisation) Number before returning anything
Refunds will only be issued once we have
received the goods and confirmed that they are in their original condition (including packaging).
We will then normally refund the money paid to us within 14 working
days, via the original method of payment. Where the original order
was correctly processed by MyKiddiStore, we reserve the right to
charge a re-stocking fee of up to 15% toward the
Admin and outbound postage costs generated.
Returns Procedure

Please contact us via returns@mykiddistore.com
for advice and to obtain an authorised returns number.
In all cases you will still need to notify us in writing (email is
fine) quoting your original order number and date of purchase. We
will endeavour to respond to all emails within 24hrs.

Items returned should be sent via 1st class registered
post or signed-for courier for your own
protection (and at your cost), as proof of sending and receipt may be required.

We will confirm receipt of all goods
returned, and contact you via the details given to arrange the
appropriate action.
Collection of Goods
Only in certain
circumstances may we be able to arrange a courier to
collect and return the goods to us, for an additional fee of approx
£15.00. This charge will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Please note, your refund will only include the total amount of goods
sent and not the delivery charge. We are unable to accept returns for
items shipped internationally. Should any parts be missing the refund
claim will be invalid.
For Faulty
or Damaged Goods
All items are quality checked by two Mykiddistore warehouse staff members before
being dispatched, however should any damage occur during transit or if
an item is found to be faulty on arrival:
Procedure
Please check all items received upon
delivery. It is important you contact us immediately if
you have received goods that are damaged or faulty. Most couriers have a
time limit within which we must make a claim, and this must be done
within the time-frames set by the courier.
IMPORTANT: If you do not
plan to use your items(s) for several weeks or months, please still
check them on arrival as we are unable to process any damaged / faulty returns after this
period: In all cases, damaged or faulty deliveries should be notified
to us within 3 days of receipt of goods (not within 3
days of opening the box or first use) giving us full details of the
damage or fault. Emailing relevant pictures is always advised in
order to support our claim.
We can then arrange replacement parts to
be shipped where appropriate and where this is not possible, for the
item(s) to be replaced. Please note, in some cases items will be requseted to be sent back to us or the manufacturer, if this is not required then it is the customers
responsibility to dispose of the faulty items.

For Assembled
Items
IMPORTANT: Regrettably,
we are unable to accept self-assembly items for return, once assembly
has been part or fully attempted / completed.
Please note that for
health and safety reasons personal care products cannot be returned. This
does not affect your statutory rights.
