Item ordered hadn't turned up after almost two week, so messaged seller. No reply, so opened up a nonrecived item case. Seller then emailed (not ebay messager) garbled message (foreign seller, I think) trying to persuade me to close case. Then promptly the following day sent full refund. No communication.
