Returns

Please always contact us if you feel you have any sort of issue regardless of how small, (i.e maybe the the item was not right for your pet and would like to return it) we will always try and resolve matters for our customers.

Returns within 7 day Period: - When you return an item in this period we must be notified immediately, the item must be in the original packing and still have the tags attached, we will refund the goods and the postage you originally paid.  If we have to arrange collection or a pre paid label we will deduct this postage from your overall refund.

Returns up to 30 Days: - When you return an item in this period we must be notified immediately, the item must be in the original packing and still have the tags attached, we will then refund your goods total.  Postage will not be refunded during this time, and if there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.

Exchanges: - If you would like to return an item due to the size being too small or too big, please note that this must be done in the 7 days after purchase, please return to us include your item, once back we can refund your item thus allowing you to purchase the correct item.

Damaged or Faulty Items: - If you are returning an item due to an error on our part or, because it is has arrived damaged or faulty, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us (either via a pre-paid jiffy bag and return label, or by refunding your return postage costs).
We will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

Item not received in post: - If we could ask you first to contact your local post office as they might be holding the item for you, some items are too big for the letterbox and often are returned to the post office to await collection or to arrange re-delivery.  After you have contacted your local post office and if they are not holding the item please email us straight away so we can sort either to track item (depending on postage paid) or replacement or refund.
