We run a busy retail store as well as this ebay shop, so sometimes it can take 2 working days to respond to correspondence, especially on a weekend. We do not deal with ebay on a Sunday, and only some Saturdays, so please do not be concerned if you do not get an instant response, we will get back to you when we get back into the office on Monday. We do reply to all enquiries. Items will be dispatched same or next day normally, so if you have not received your purchase, it means there is a delay in the postal service. Unfortunately this is beyond our control. Items are sent first class STANDARD mail, unless otherwise indicated. If you would like tracked mail, please let us know. It will cost a little extra. There is no tracking information on an item sent first class standard mail.
