Combined Postage and Packing Costs
We endeavour to keep postage and packaging costs to a minimum however please be aware that due to the recent massive hike in postal costs by Royal Mail we have had to increase our postage costs. The new structure and price bands mean that although the increase is significant we now only charge a nominal fee on additional purchases of the vast majority of our items (Large/heavy items are excluded) UK only BUT the purchases do need to be paid for altogether on one invoice for the postage discounts to be applied.

Items paid for seperately are shipped seperately and no discount can be applied.
Postage
To ensure you receive your item promptly, all our items are securely packaged and posted out on receipt of cleared funds (usually) same or next working day. We DO NOT post weekends or Bank Holidays.
UK:
Light packages are sent by ordinary 1st class Royal Mail small package
Heavier packages (over 2kg) are sent by either Royal Mail or courier (DHL or UPS) on a 48 hour service. A contact telephone number is required for Courier deliveries.
Special Delivery 1pm can be used if requested BEFORE payment is made. A new invoice will then be sent with Special Delivery added as a payment option.
International:
Up to 2kg goes by Small Packet Airmail (Average delivery times are 4-5 days Europe; 6-10 days rest of the world although this is subject to local conditions in your country i.e. Floods, Earthquakes, Terrorist alerts, etc.)
Packages over 2kg to International destinations are shipped by courier or sent as 2 or 3 packages if possible by Royal Mail. A contact telephone number is required for Courier deliveries.
**PLEASE NOTE** Couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Whilst items are generally received quickly Royal Mail are responsible for delivery times and next day delivery cannot be guaranteed unless a guaranteed service is requested and paid for. |
