| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes! For delivery within the UK you pay £1.30 for the first CD then 50p per additional disc. For all other items, insured parcels or overseas shipping please let us know what you are interested in buying & we can provide an accurate quote. Or simply request an invoice when you have finished shopping & we will work the combined shipping out for you. |
| Q:I live in the UK - when can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We generally expect most orders to be delivered within a week from date of dispatch, however delivery can sometimes take up to 14 days from date of dispatch. If you are still waiting after this time we strongly advise you check with neighbours & your local sorting office BEFORE contacting us, as this is the usual location for an undelivered parcel. |
| Q:I live somewhere that is not the UK - when can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:International airmail delivery takes anything between 5-28 days from the date of dispatch depending on your location, freight/customs delays etc. If you are still waiting after 28 days we strongly advise you check with neighbours & your local postal delivery office BEFORE contacting us, as this is the usual location for an undelivered package. |
| Q:Do you sell original CDs/DVDs? Your prices are so cheap they must be copies! |

| A:All items we sell are guaranteed 100% original as supplied by leading distributors & record labels. We ONLY sell GENUINE factory pressed items. We DO NOT sell any homemade CDRs, copies, burns or counterfeits of any description. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes, we ship worldwide. Just click on your location in the drop down menu found 2/3 of the way down the item page & you should find an exact quote for airmail delivery to your country. Please note that due to risk of theft it is advisable to add optional insurance to certain countries in South America, Africa & Asia to ensure problem-free delivery. |
| Q:I ordered a new CD but it did not arrive sealed |

| A:Please note: here in the UK a significant quantity of new CD titles still arrive from the factory without any outer shrinkwrapping. If an item is sealed we will always describe it as NEW & SEALED. If an item is new but has not been delivered to us sealed then we will describe is as NEW or NEW & UNPLAYED. It will still be guaranteed 100% brand new. |
| Q:I live in the USA - can I play the DVDs you sell on my system? |

| A:If we describe a DVD as ALL REGION then it will be free from region coding & playable on any system worldwide including N.America. REGION 2 discs will only play in Europe or on a DVD player adapted to play discs from any region. If in doubt please consult your player manual BEFORE bidding as returns not accepted if you order the wrong region disc |

| A:Due to the shear volume of orders we process our feedback is left by an automated system. All you need do is leave positive feedback for us & it will respond in kind, usually within 24 hours. If you've waited some time & still had no response to the positive feedback you've left then email us & we'll go give the feedback machine a little nudge. |
