Payment: We accept all Credit and Debit cards on our payment hotline, 01702 346543, PayPal and Bank Transfer. Please contact us if paying via Bank Transfer for our details.
Shipping: Shipping for most items takes 2-5 working days. The wooden ranges and some special order items take 2-4 weeks. All orders require a contact telephone number for the couriers, if one is not supplied, it may delay your order.
Delivery: Delivery is FREE for mainland UK deliveries. Furniture orders to the following areas incur a £6 delivery surcharge per item: Shetlands, Orkneys, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, and some remote Highland areas and other islands. If in doubt email us at email@example.com to find out if your address occurs a surcharge. All furniture deliveries require a signature, please do not place an order if you are not able to receive and sign for it.
Prices: We are not VAT registered and therefore our items are not subject to VAT charges, the price you see is the price you pay.
Returns: We offer a free collect and replace courier service for faulty and damaged items, it is our not to offer partial refunds on damaged goods due to problems arising with this in the past. If you decide you no longer want the item you have bought after it's been shipped out to you, you can return it within 14 days of receipt with all the original packaging and in the same condition as it reached you for a full refund minus shipping costs which must be met by you. If you cancel before the item is shipped out, we will refund the full price and shipping costs.
Feedback: We will leave positive feedback once feedback has been received, this is so we know the order has been delivered successfully and you are happy with it. Should there be any problems with your order, please contact us prior to leaving negative, neutral or low star feedback, we can always resolve any problems.
